Carving a niche in the world of luxury home decor is the newly redesigned Ventura gallery in Bengaluru. Here, brands such as Cattelan Italia, Gamma, Jaipur Rugs, Ligne Roset, Mogg, Prostoria and Saba Italia share space under arched ceilings and enormous show windows. The showroom is curated and conceptualised into zones by interior designers Farah Ahmed Mathias and Dhaval Shellugar of FADD Studio, which is known for its signature, ‘out of the box’ design aesthetic.

Each of the 14 zones in this 5,000 sq ft space is bathed in a riot of bold, unconventional shades such as charcoal, wine, indigo and emerald. They are arranged as an artistic composition to resemble various settings common in a residence. All the sections showcase bespoke furniture, rugs, lighting, dividers and other accents, including the Cloud suspension light by Oriano Favaretto from Cattelan Italia and the Gossip armchair by Idelfonso Colombo from Mogg. The store invites customers to experiment with and visualise how diverse furniture pieces would look against an array of wall treatments and backdrops using sliding panels.
