Nimish Shah of Zeel Architects’ latest residential project, The White House, a sprawling 3,200 sq ft home amidst the bustle of Mumbai. Swathed in the quaint colours of nature and glass facades framing the Mumbai skyline, this residence fosters a seamless dialogue between its interiors and the environment that envelopes it. The indoors of the home exude a riveting look, the 5BHK home utilises ICA’s exceptional Italian wood finishes — Finezza PU Clear and Pigmented Matt and the Creativa Special Effects Series.
The Walnut House by Co_Lab Design Studio
Co_Lab Design Studio’s newest creation, The Walnut House, is situated in the prime locale of the western suburbs of Mumbai. With subtle textures, earthy hues and an open layout, this functional dwelling is a haven for multisensory experiences. Each room has its distinguishing features, contributing to an amalgamation of individual expressions and preferences that brim in every corner. To meet the varying voices of the residents, this three-bedroom home utilises ICA Italian Wood Finishes—Finezza PU Clear Matt, Finezza PU Pigmented Matt and Acquabella Natural Touch—to not only accentuate the space but also add to its longevity.

Mandeep Manchanda of Dzine Forum ideated to create an artistic house blending ornamental elegance with functionality. “It is all about combining the right hues, textures and statement pieces, creating a modern, luxury look that nods to classic elegance,” he expresses. Achieving the lofty goal of seemingly effortless design is not always as easy as it seems, requiring an eye for detail and splendid taste in materiality.
The meticulous design of the home was embellished in exquisite textures through ICA Italian Wood Finishes Finezza PU Clear Matt, Gloss and Pigmented Matt, Lucido Polyester Hi-Gloss and the Creativa Special Effects Series, indispensable in their role in creating a premium and rich look with durability shining through.

Serene in its appearance yet brimming with a splendid play of colours and materials, the abode is characteristic of his distinct design language with its sleek lines and contemporary materiality. The design of this home is also decked in vibrant tones and dynamic textures that shine with sophistication against a muted backdrop.
Anikt has meticulously selected finishes that heighten the experience of the residence.

Opulenza by Harshitaa Poddar And Associates
Harshitaa Poddar of Harshitaa Poddar And Associates designs a residential project sprawling over 4,500 sq m, dubbed Opulenza. Adorned in deep hues of reds and ochres, dark wood and richly veined marble, the interiors of the Dhanbad abode are brimming with classic splendour infused with a contemporary flair — a whirlwind of design mastery. Discussing the thought behind the monumental dwelling, Harshitaa explains, “We believe that it is critical to tailor a personal design approach that incorporates both a client’s aspirations and personal preferences.” The ultimate goal for her is to conjure a design evocative of aspiration embedded with a lasting legacy and perennial timelessness.
