Vaishali Kamdar’s West Elm Edit pays attention to simplicity and precision

Designer Vaishali Kamdar highlights good design as, “Quiet, effortless, timeless—something that stays with you and is memorable and understated.” Abbreviating the omnipresent attributes of design as ‘PDA’, Kamdar emphatically sets them down as, “Proportion, depth and attention to detail”.

In a conversation with ELLE Decor India, Kamdar lists her favourite picks from West Elm India’s fine collection. They constitute the Tanner range that entails a wide array of tables—from a dining table to a perfect side table, followed by deft pieces of table lamps and more. Very articulately Kamdar mentions the benefits of having such pieces in your homes and why West Elm India should be every design-savvy’s go-to home-shopping destination.
