1. Yauatcha, Mumbai 

To mark the Chinese New Year, Yauatcha’s limited-edition assortment, Year of the Fire Horse menu, is designed for a truly lively dining experience. The menu moves from flavour-packed dimsums and crisp small plates to stir-fries and steamy mains, before ending on zesty citrus-forward desserts inspired by Lunar New Year flavours. A line-up of festive cocktails and zero-ABV drinks keeps the celebratory spirit going. The Chinese New Year menu is available until 15th March.

2. Pour Over Coffee Roasters (POCR), Delhi

From manual brews and espresso favourites to pour-overs, Aeropress, Vietnamese Phin and slow-steeped cold brews, Pour Over Coffee Roasters are brewing up a thoughtful coffee experience at their new Santushti Complex cafe in Delhi. Beans sourced from Indian estates and global origins are the highlight, accompanied by light cafe treats designed to complement each cup of a precisely brewed concoction.

3. 1932 Trevi, Jaipur

Uncut Gems, the all-new cocktail programme by 1932 Trevi in Jaipur is where precious stones inspire a slew of imaginative drinks. Each cocktail draws on the lore and beauty of gemstones, brought to life through bold flavours and striking presentations. Standouts include Coral Reef, a smoky tequila creation with a masala rim, and Ceylon, a vibrant spirulina-infused rum cocktail with pineapple and vanilla.

Scarlett House in Bandra is adding a dose of nostalgia to the weekend with The Red Brunch, a dynamic new affair built around beloved classics and celebratory experience. The spread features dishes like Scarlett’s Ravioli, Arhaan’s Skillet Shakshuka and Digestive Biscuit French Toast, alongside a make-your-own mimosa bar and a Ferrero Rocher Ball Trolley which moves through the room adding a bit of theatrical fun.

5. The Nutcracker, Mumbai

The idea is simple: make protein part of the dishes you already love. The Nutcracker teams up with SuperYou for a limited-edition menu bringing a protein-packed upgrade to everyday cafe favourites. The line-up includes hummus and labneh, savoury waffles, rolls and chocolate chip pancakes, all made a little more nourishing, turning brunch classics into balanced plates so indulgence and nutrition don’t have to be mutually exclusive.

Handcrafted sushis with dimsums and decadent desserts with rich mains indeed create a menu to remember. At KOKO’s new Goregaon address, the menu leans into the brand’s signature modern Asian flavours with dishes designed to bring the table together, accompanied by a selectively curated cocktail list, which keeps the energy flowing from business lunches to after work cocktails.

Mezcalita brings a slice of Mexico to Indiranagar with a menu built around street-style favourites like loaded nachos, tacos and burritos, joined by flavourful mains and nostalgic desserts such as churros and tres leches. Behind the bar, agave leads the cocktail menu with tequila and mezcal-led cocktails that keep the fiesta going well into the night.

Amaru in Bandra is turning Sundays into a laid-back affair with its new brunch, Amaru Origin. The experience brings together Asian flavours and Peruvian influences through live ceviche and okonomiyaki counters, a dessert atelier and pisco-led cocktails. With live music and a relaxed Sunday vibe, it’s a brunch designed for good food and even better company.

A Foo Sum Brunch as they call it, the menu at Foo brings an exotic Pan-Asian feast bringing together the restaurant’s most-loved dishes in an unlimited format. 11. ZLB23 The Leela Palace, Bengaluru

One of Asia’s best bars and a strong foothold in India’s 30 Best Bars list, ZLB23 at The Leela Palace Bengaluru has always stirred up flavours to remember. Now it introduces The Theatre, an intimate seven-seater cocktail experience built around a four act tasting menu. The acts move from Aperitivo and Daisy Style to Red Snapper and Mary Pickford. Progression of flavours traces the bitters and citrusy, savoury and the sweet. Mixology plays out like a cinematic performance where each drink is presented as a part of a larger narrative, blending storytelling with art.

Ammakai is giving mornings a bold new start with a breakfast menu from 9 am to 12 pm that blends South Indian comfort with global favourites. The spread runs from crisp dosas, ghee podi–dusted idlis and stuffed paniyaram to rich picks like red hot chicken waffles and cinnamon jaggery pancakes. Lighter breakfast bowls and nostalgic sweets complete the breakfast spread. In the evening, the menu shifts to spirits and small plates.

Cecconi’s Mumbai is giving its menu a seasonal refresh with ten new dishes and a giant spotlight on black truffle selection.
