In the heart of Hyderabad’s fast-evolving Neopolis district, a new skyline has begun to shimmer — one that embodies balance, ambition and beauty in equal measure. The Cascades Neopolis, a ₹ 3,169-crore, 63-storey architectural landmark by GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP, is more than a collection of towers; it is a philosophy built in stone, light and air.
Rising 217 metres above the city, this five-tower development, designed by UHA London in collaboration with Studio HBA Singapore, Coopers Hill Singapore and Quintessentially, the world’s foremost luxury lifestyle group, represents a new language of living. It fuses the clarity of design with the fluidity of nature, the precision of architecture with the poetry of human experience.
With its recent WELL Pre-Certification and IGBC Green Homes Platinum Pre-Certification, The Cascades Neopolis has not only carved its place in India’s skyline but also in history, as the world’s largest and India’s only residential project to achieve such dual recognition. It is a pioneering step towards a future where wellness, sustainability and sophistication move in perfect synchrony.
The vertical symphony: Design that flows like nature
To the eye, The Cascades Neopolis appears both monumental and weightless. Its five slender towers — arranged over 7.34 acres in accordance with Vaastu principles — rise like pillars of rhythm and light, their forms echoing the natural grace of waterfalls. UHA London’s architectural vision draws inspiration from the cascading motion of water and the timeless geometry of Art Deco skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building. White ribbons run vertically along the façades, interlaced with bronzed accents that glint like sunlight on rippling water. Each tower is crowned with luminous tiers that sparkle across the horizon at night — Hyderabad’s new constellation in motion.
Beneath this sculptural verticality lies a deeply human design philosophy. Nearly 1,200 residences, ranging from 3.5BHK to 4.5BHK homes, are complemented by ten triplex penthouses, each with private sky gardens and pools. The podium below acts as a verdant base — a “green mountain plateau” where cascading planters, stone strata and open terraces ground the towers in the earth’s quiet strength. At its core, the design is about flow — of light, of air, of life itself.
