Sarita Handa uses soft whites and ivory on ivory aesthetics.
Textiles and Embroideries have played a major role in India’s cultural heritage and for our brand Indian textiles and the heritage hand embroideries have been an everlasting inspiration.
Working to bring back to life the old school art of Indian needlework translated into beautiful craft intensive collections with global inspirations is what defines us and drives us. Hand embroideries and craftsmanship in India is a dying art and it has been revived painstakingly to produce flawless, textured and embossed patterns for our various collections.
The inspiration has always been an extension of Mrs. Sarita Handa, Suparna Handa and Rahul Puri’s extensive travels and love for natural elements. These influences from around the globe (textiles, artworks, architectures & gardens) find a visual format in our design aesthetics. This collection inspired by soothing French vintage patterns and florals carry the Sarita Handa signature look. Variations of embroidery techniques, innovative and inspiring takes on the traditional motifs gives the brand its individuality.
With a subtle colour palette and attention to detail our philosophy abides by Simplicity. Ivory on ivory aesthetics, intricate needlework with a hint of silver metallic thread along with pure cotton fabrics together create a collection telling the Simplicity story. Surrounded by nature we are bringing the outdoors in abundance and sprinkling an oasis of greens with candles, glass and silver accessories.
