As November 19 is observed as World Toilet Dayto raise awareness for the global sanitation crisis. In India the lack of adequate sanitation facilities presents a serious issue for teenage girls.  Enabling holistic empowerment of women, Hindware’s campaign focuses on building toilets in schools, encouraging the girl child to continue schooling . With a deeper understanding of the problems faced by teenage girls, Hindware has realised that these girls are forced to miss school for a few days every month due to lack of proper sanitation facilities. As a result of which, they fall behind their class and prefer to drop out completely.
