#EDDesignerFind: Ross Lovegrove’s Istanbul Collection for VitrA

Most artists and creatives will tell you how they are influenced by the culture, architecture and diversity of a city. For his latest series for the sanitaryware brand VitrA, Ross Lovegrove immersed himself in the sights and sounds of Istanbul.
The Istanbul series of bathware pays an ode to the city’s ceramic culture, ottoman geometries and the art of calligraphy. The curves and contours of the fixtures reflect the concept of “organic essentialism”. The range includes bidets, washbasins, shower sets and more.
