Seven floors of sunlit wonder: Century House is a workplace like no other

A seven-floor haven of discoveries, natural light floods through the glass-adorned walls and lush greenery drapes the corridors. Century House officially is Century Ply’s new home and it’s a catalyst for creativity. The open office, draped in earthy hues inspired by the raw materials utilised every day sets the tone and acts as a canvas for the striking art that dresses the walls. From bricks, cement finishes and two-toned marbles to an array of Century Ply’s very own veneer, laminate plywood and Exteria laminates, this 1,70,000 sq ft office space is an absolute dream to work in.
Directors Ravi Sarangan and Sanjay Nayak of Edifice thought through this minimalist yet modern concept, crafting a series of captivating spaces, there’s 24 meeting spaces while every floor boasts its own terrace for that bit of fresh air and the centrally placed magnifique cafeteria where everyone goes for a fresh cup of coffee or a cheerful chat!
Natural reflection

A paradigm shift in the notions of living spaces and reinventing Indian reality, needless to say, a green building with a platinum LEED certification, while Each desk keeps a 5-foot gap perfect for your morning stretches ensuring pure comfort. The space naturally reflects the principles of Century Ply.
A series of discoveries
As you enter, a series of plush gardens surround the ground floor with an intricate set of artworks surrounding every corner with the cosy laminated furniture. The central rich white reception has a sense of calmness which floods the space while natural light glimmers from the glass windows. The second and third floors are largely alluring spaces, with an array of private office and meeting rooms with coffee machines on opposite sides for the piping hot coffees you simply need in the mornings.
A bright corridor with glimmers of light paves the way to the training room on the fourth floor adorned with an array of bold exposed frameworks, with the nude-toned business lounge and soil-themed cafeteria where bricks and cement brings out the essence of our folklore. The fifth and sixth floors occupied by the employees of CenturyPly hold meeting rooms named after a variety of veneer species, from Walnut, Zebrano to Mahogany and Cedar. Last but definitely not least the seventh floor is a luxurious workscape with garden corridors and cosy seating. Century Home is an ode to Century Ply’s thoughtfulness, it’s an office you never want to leave!
