Nivasa, a leading name in luxury furniture design, hosts an expansive 1500 sq ft store in Mumbai, located in Raghuvanshi Mills Compound, Lower Parel. This space is more than a showcase of elegantly crafted furnishings; it’s a dynamic space for creativity and collaboration. The store is thoughtfully curated around three signature themes – earthy, contemporary and classic — each housed in dedicated sections to provide a deeply immersive experience. From meticulously crafted sofas to magnificent chandeliers and handcrafted accessories, every corner reflects Nivasa’s dedication to craftsmanship.

Situated in the heart of Jaipur at Narain Niwas, the Anantaya Experience Centre is a distinguished venue that integrates art, culture and craftsmanship. It serves as a sanctuary for art enthusiasts, providing a captivating visual experience. The Centre introduces new collections every six months, featuring exclusive and evolving displays. The store aims to create enduring products that honour the rich legacy of Indian crafts and culture, while exploring the potential of Indian crafts in modern day living.

Chumbak’s Gen Z Concept Store, Noida

Homegrown home decor brand, Chumbak’s store in Noida features a unique cave-like in-store experience which symbolises a passage to a joyful creative world, crafted by Design Dual, the store presents Chumbak’s reflection of India’s heritage with contemporary influence across souvenirs, accessories, homeware and furniture. Traditional products like copper, steel, and brass appear in a modern avatar alongside classic Chumbak prints and bold affirmations. As Shubhra Chadda, Co-founder & Director of Design said, “At Chumbak, we believe in curating experiences as bold and vibrant as the people who love our brand. Our new Noida store is designed to resonate with the spirit of Gen Z, upholding their ‘Desiness’ with a modern appeal while standing true to our roots.”

Audio Boutique by Design Dual

A contemporary multi-brand retail experience within 275 sq ft. With minimalistic elegance, the store features a single-tone color palette, highlighting each product and brand, including Devialet, Sonos, B&O, and Bose. The large stretch ceiling adds softness to the space, creating an immersive experience. The layout ensures easy movement, interaction with products, and personalized assistance, with distinct areas allowing customers to experience audio equipment in optimal settings. The display cabinet integrates subtle curves for a sleek appearance, while loose pouffes in vibrant colors provide flexible seating arrangements and create a lively atmosphere. The central polished marble table serves as the focal point for product demonstrations and customer interactions, while high-quality light brown wooden flooring adds warmth.

Häcker Kitchen’s showroom by Urban Zen, Delhi

Designing the Häcker Kitchen showroom in Delhi was an opportunity for Urban Zen to create more than a mere display of high-end kitchens. Under the guidance of Rohit Suraj, the Principal Designer of this project, this 4,216 sq ft space was crafted to celebrate the kitchen as a space of connection and comfort, blending Häcker’s 120-year heritage of craftsmanship with contemporary elegance. The design features a sleek monochrome palette, Barrisol ceilings and arch elements, all accentuated by textures and wallpapers that exude sophistication. For a unique sensory appeal, they chose earthy hues and nature-inspired tones — beige, taupe, soft blues and greens — blended harmoniously with textures like concrete.

VITA MODERNA, Mumbai 

Occupying an impressive 8,000 sq ft in the centre of Mumbai’s Raghuvanshi Mills compound, Vita Moderna’s new Experience Centre presents the pinnacle of luxury home decoration. Created by Open Atelier Mumbai, the area skilfully maintains the original red-brick finish walls of what used to be a deserted mill while implementing considerable structural modifications to form a breathtaking showroom. Established by Pritesh Modi and Akshay Adhalrao, this luxury locale features exceptional craftsmanship from Italian partner brands including Elie Saab, Vittoria Frigerio and Flexform. The Experience Centre showcases a wide array of decorative lights from distinguished brands such as Delta Lights, customisable Glamora Wallcoverings and unique texture paints from OIKOS by Sirca Paints, providing a complete luxury living solution for visitors.

MINOTTI MUMBAI BY DESIGN ITALIANO

Minotti’s flagship store covers almost 3,700 sq ft within the renowned 1890 Kitab Mahal building located in Fort, Mumbai’s historical colonial district. Upon entering through an arched entrance, guests find themselves amongst neoclassical architectural features, such as the vaulted ceilings and iron columns, which merge with the brand’s modern style. Designed and developed by Minotti Studio, the brand’s internal creative team, the interior design showcases a brilliant play of colours with concrete-effect ceramic flooring pairs with wengé-stained oak ceilings and wooden wall panels, while mirrored arches enhance depth and perception. The showroom includes three living room clusters showcasing pieces like the Connery, Twiggy and Dylan seating systems created by Rodolfo Dordoni, in addition to outdoor collections that highlight the brand’s extensive selection of luxury furnishings.

SPIN EXPERIENCE STORE in Hyderabad

SPIN’s inaugural Experience Store in Hyderabad’s Hitech City reflects the brand’s fundamental principles of simplicity, functionality and enduring design. The double-height showroom, featuring sleek lines, a warm neutral colour scheme and vibrant colour accents, establishes a welcoming ambiance — a source of inspiration for modern living. Featuring over 3,500 carefully selected items, the store provides an impressive variety of furniture for residential and commercial spaces, along with elegant home accessories like storage solutions, handcrafted planters, decorative items and stylish tabletop essentials. A focus on sustainability is highlighted through the Eco-Collectibles, expertly made from reclaimed wood and metal sourced from SPIN’s environmentally conscious manufacturing facility. The interiors for this unique space were crafted by Avenish Jain, establishing an ideal backdrop for SPIN’s contemporary collections.

SOURCES UNLIMITED HQ in Mumbai

Extending an impressive 25,000 sq ft over multiple levels within Worli’s Bandbox House in Mumbai, Sources Unlimited HQ opened its doors in April this year, celebrating 20 years of delivering global design to Indian clientele. The area, defined by curved pathways and flowing lines, was designed by Krupa Zubin and Zubin Zainuddin, principal architects and founders of ZZ Architects. The philosophy of founder Falgun Shroff behind the brand, “Never say no to designers, never say no to clients. Make the impossible possible”, is reflected throughout the space. The showroom features international labels such as Giorgetti, Promemoria and Fendi Casa, whose stunning furniture collections display a minimalist appeal.

DESIGNEST BY P S DESIGN

This store pushes boundaries, quite literally — with its self levelling spatial divider, which is a combination of architecture and engineering. Designed by Priyanka and Piyush Mehra of P S Design, the space, in Indore, is also sustainable with its use of wood, steel and cork, sourced locally and made by local craftsmen. A floating folded-metal staircase leads up to the wardrobe section with samples displayed as the guest climbs the stairs, acting as a gentle guide, supplementary to its non-commercial demeanor.
