Equal parts bedroom and playground by 3 Minds Perspective

Intent on giving their 6-month-old a bedroom where she could play with complete abandon, the homeowners enlisted the help of 3 Minds Perspective. Up came a climbing wall, a two-level playing area and a slide! But it’s not all play. With abacus-inspired railing in the bunk bed area and the feature wall with cutouts that resemble mathematical shapes, the space ensures that learning (and playing!) begins right at home.

Whimsy goes neutral by Aasa Concepts

A critical challenge shaped the design of this nursery room by Aasa Concepts. To make up for its lack of natural light, Interior Decorator Aanchal Mittal utilised white as her primary colour for the interiors.

The room’s earthy neutrals play foil to whimsical animal murals. Paired with ambient lighting, the room ensures that the pair of twins residing within are snugly tucked in for bedtime!

Wooden wonderland by The Open Door

Rendering playgrounds obsolete, this kid’s bedroom by The Open Door is what dreams are made of. In the mood for camping? Lounge underneath the makeshift tent. Too much sugar? Take it all out on the climbing wall or spend hours sliding up and down near the bunk bed. Our personal favourite? Combining the best of both worlds (a hammock and a bunk bed, to be precise), a loft net extends across the room, accessible for tiny tots through a ladder.
