Take a flight to the skies to get a bird’s eye view of Brighton, UK, like never before as British Airways i360 is ready to take-off on August 4. Slated to be the world’s tallest moving observation tower, British Airways i360 was conceived and designed by London based Marks Barfield Architects.
Its glass viewing pod, ten times the size of a London Eye capsule and capable of carrying up to 200 passengers, will take you on a “flight” in its unique vertical cable car. These flights will be 20 minutes during the day and 30 minutes after 6 pm when the pod transforms into Nyetimber Sky Bar. The British Airways i360 beach building also houses the Belle Vue restaurant, West Pier Tea Room, hospitality rooms, and shop, perfect for you to dine, celebrate, explore or “walk on air”.
Tickets for this new attraction are already on sale on Brighton seafront.
