Who doesn’t love disco? Unleash the bathroom singer (and dancer) in you with a little help from this cool wall effect.
We love how design aficionado and store owner Simone Arora’s powder room moves away from boring square tiles, opting for tiny inlays in varying shades of subtly shimmering silver, for all four walls.
Our tip: For an ultra modern finish, set up a sharp edged basin, an asymmetrical mirror, a silver faucet and clear box containers to stock towels and toiletries. Fresh plants in glass vases are always a welcome addition. You can also do the mosaic on one wall, keeping the others in plain complementary shades like white, cream or even dull grey.
Too much glitter? Try any soothing colour for the walls, like teal blue or bottle green.
