For every ardent chef looking for professional kitchen solutions, Italian label Valcucine unveiled two new solutions – the V-Motion Kit and the Gourmet System – at this year’s Salone del Mobile, Milan. The brand also revealed never before seen finishes for a host of their existing and latest products.
The V-Motion Kit is an interactive system that was showcased on Valcucine’s Genius Loci collection designed by Gabriele Centazzo. The system features smart motor driven opening and closing mechanisms that function with a simple touch of a hand. The patented foot or hand operated Gesture controls, applied to various elements, will allow users to open and shut Air Logica System’s deep drawers and back panel doors even when their hands are occupied.
Their second offering, the Gourmet System, is designed keeping in mind the needs of semi-professional chefs. The system includes features such as a steel top with a concealed storage area and a built-in equipped back section ensures high performance and extreme ease of use in all prepping and cooking tasks. It also features the innovative completely flush ceramic induction hob – developed in cooperation with AEG, a brand belonging to the Electrolux Group that is globally renowned for its cooking appliances, and Eurokera, a leading company all over the world for the production of advanced ceramic glass surfaces.
The Italian kitchen makers have been making classic and innovative kitchens for the past 35 years. Speaking on the brand’s mission Stefano Core, CEO of Valcucine said, “Valcucine is timeless in terms of durability and design. We are the only company that offer a 15 year guarantee. If something breaks during this period, we change it for free.”
