Hermosa Design Studio makes a fashionable move with their flagship store in the Pink city

There’s something about the flamboyant looking structure of the Hermosa Design Studio that merits a second glance. Spread over a sprawling 9,500 sq ft the vibrant 3-storied space rests in the heart of the Pink City. Lead by sibling duo Pranjal Agrawal, at 22 one of the youngest CEO of the country and his sister Mugdha Bhagchandka, creative lead at Hermosa Design Studio – have crafted this store with modern eclectic design fused with Jaipur Gharana architecture, pastel hues and traditional motifs seeping straight into the city’s traditional roots. The décor is glamorous without losing out on the accessibility that the space promises. “We have created a brand where luxury feels approachable and not just aspirational,” says Mugdha “The pieces are designed keeping functionality in mind,” adds Pranjal.The drama begins right from the threshold of the store – geometrical accents, outlandish ceiling lights, and a swanky sofa offer a gorgeous backdrop for the exclusive collection at display by ace fashion designer, Nikhil Thampi.On being asked why he decided to explore the space of interior décor, Nikhil explains “Design for me goes beyond apparel; I was always keen on exploring a collaboration in the space of interior décor. I believe design can be translated through so many different avenues, and the entire process from inception to completion has been seamless.” A staircase leads you to the second floor, offering all sorts of eclectic displays right from a well-collated nursery, fragrance bars with Jaipuri Jharokha and step well-inspired displays.The store offers a one-stop solution to all interior-decorating needs with bespoke home decor pieces from Kira The Label, Masilo Organic Baby and  Bistro Quaint.
