    This lavish villa is the result of a collaboration between Panchshil Realty, Pune and UK based residential and hotel design company YOO. Founded by British entrepreneur John Hitchcox and French designer Philippe Starck, the latter is a unique platform offering bespoke interiors in the signature styles of renowned creatives such as Jade Jagger, Kelly Hoppen, Steve Leung and Marcel Wanders.

    Spread across 55 cities in 36 countries across the globe, the brand banks on creating luxurious landmark projects. This expansive home—Sea Breeze Villa by interior designer Kelly Hoppen in Pune is one such exemplary venture. The sprawling property features a subdued yet sophisticated palette, which acts as the perfect canvas, highlighting the use of natural media and inventive crafts.

    Spanning two levels, the villa amalgamates bleached woods and crisp linen textures in white lacquered oak and taupe coloured glass. An ornate medley of materials and textures such as clear-cut glass and polished nickel lend finesse to the luxe abode.
