Max Towers infuses the mundane workspace with a luxury motif

by Vedika Nair Oct 09, 2019 Located in the industrious city of Noida, Max Estates’ first commercial tower—Max Towers stands tall lending an aura of luxury to the regular workplace. Sprawling over 560,000 sq ft, the edifice focuses on the hospitality end of an office space. Designed by a collaboration of global architecture firms Gensler (UK) and Esteva i Esteva Arquitectura (Spain), the building features a range of amenities such as an auditorium, a wellness zone, food court and restaurants, concierge services, etc.

With a restrained colour palette, the real hero of this structure is its rich veneer and limestone detailing in the lobby that stands in perfect contrast with the neutral tones and warm lighting. On the outside, the facade captivates you with its uniquely engineered building skin that allows panoramic views and lets the right amount of light on the inside, making this structure highly efficient in terms of energy usage. The triple-height lobby and the vista to the courtyard on entry were anchor points for the building’s design experience. A steady raw and minimal theme sheds light on the verdant surroundings through unique geometry. Delving deeper into the details, stunning sculptural pieces connect the dots allowing you to indulge in a different way by new experiences and the promotion of art in commercial spaces.

With a tenet of fusing thoughtful design and superior hospitality to helm an environment that lets work and life be more productive, Max Towers enhances the well being of its occupants. Infused with Max Estates’ philosophy of Work
Well - built around the experience and wellbeing of its occupants, Max Towers sets the tone for the future of office spaces.
