They say nature is the best healer. By walking in the woods, sitting by a lake or simply listening to the sounds of birds chirping, you can feel your nerves calm down. The Cedar Spa by L’Occitane at the JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa follows a similar philosophy. Spread across 5,500 sq ft, the interiors are constructed using wood while the tall glass windows overlook the quiet hills.

Cedar trees found along the ridgeline of the hill station are, in fact, used to make signature treatments – its flora is amalgamated with natural L’Occitane products. Trained therapists also assist guests in combining freshly grown ingredients at the resort to create recipes prepared by the minute. As one enters the premises, they are welcomed with a relaxing aroma prepared at the brand’s herbarium. Massages and herbal teas inspired by provencal traditions add to the overall experience. The property houses a Jacuzzi, five steam rooms, and a sauna and pool available at the Health club.
